Successfully automating testing procedures

Today, we’d like to present a case study of an e-assessment process. In this case study, we outline how we’ve been providing important insights for one of our customers since 2016 in a completely online testing process for filling leadership roles in a strongly operational environment.

Already more than 12,000 participants

As a process partner, we support the company’s approximately 50 decentrally organised operational units, which initiate the respective test processes on our platform according to their own requirements. Since 2016, more than 12,000 participants have already gone through the highly automated, standardised testing procedures.

We aren’t just pleased with the reliable validity of the test results. Above all, the consistently positive feedback from all parties involved, both from the customer and participants, is encouraging proof that we’ve found a tailor-made approach together with our customer and established it sustainably.
