Against this background, we were commissioned to develop a talent programme for employees from the production environment, aimed at identifying and supporting high-potential individuals. The objective was to ensure both quantitative and qualitative workforce planning for the systematic staffing of these key operational leadership positions.<\/p><p><strong>Solution<\/strong><\/p><p>We designed a comprehensive potential analysis approach, incorporating both performance evaluations and potential assessments by the participants\u2019 direct supervisors. To complement these perspectives, the results were enriched through an online self-assessment completed by the participants.<\/p><p>Our approach included the following components:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Development of the Self-Assessment Content<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>Firstly, we conducted interviews with supervisors and operational managers and developed realistic short case studies with anchored response options aligned with the client\u2019s competency model (Part I).
